What to Expect | Online Soul Journey Hypnosis Session

An session typically lasts 3–4 hours, giving ample time for every part of the journey to unfold at a comfortable pace. Most clients remark that the time feels effortless and passes much faster than expected.


Session Flow

  1. Pre-Session Conversation
     
    • We begin on ZOOM with an in-depth discussion about your goals, background, and the questions you’d like your Higher Self to answer.
       
    • Together, we refine your list of questions and set clear intentions for your journey.
       

  1. Switching to Phone and Hypnosis
     
    • If on ZOOM, we will end the Zoom session and change to phone, where you will be able to lay comfortably in a recliner, or on your couch or bed.
    • You’ll be guided into a deep, relaxed theta state where your subconscious mind and Higher Self can be accessed with clarity.
       

  1. Exploration
     
    • Past Life Regression: Journey into a past life with relevance to your current experiences.
       
    • Higher Self Dialogue: Conclude with a direct connection to your Higher Self to receive guidance and answers to your prepared questions.
       

  1. Integration
     
    • You will gently return to full awareness, with time to reflect on and discuss the insights you’ve received.
       
    • Every session is recorded so you can revisit the experience later, as new layers of meaning often emerge.

       
  • What you’ll need:
     
    • A quiet, private space where you will not be disturbed for 4-5 hours
       
    • A phone and a set of headphones
       
    • A reclining chair, couch, or bed where you can relax fully


  •  A recording will be provided after the session.

🔷3 Tips to Have the Most Successful Experience

 1. When I ask a question—trust yourself and give me the first answer that comes to mind.

Your subconscious communicates through intuition, images, feelings, and sensations. The first response that arises—no matter how random, subtle, or unexpected—is usually the right one. Don’t second-guess or analyze it; simply allow the information to flow. Trusting yourself is key to receiving clear and meaningful insights.


2. Be as detailed as you can in the descriptions of what you are seeing.

The more details you provide, the more we can explore and uncover deeper insights. Even if something seems small or insignificant, describe it—colors, shapes, surroundings, emotions, or sensations. These details often hold hidden meanings and help guide the session toward clarity and deeper understanding.


3. Talk, talk, and talk. Keep talking and describing what you see—it helps you stay awake and engaged.

Verbalizing what you experience keeps your mind active and prevents you from slipping into sleep. The more you talk, the more your subconscious stays open and receptive. Even if you’re unsure of what you’re seeing, describing it aloud helps strengthen the connection and keeps the information flowing smoothly.
